Histogram is only a chart that shows recurrence of event of information. Histograms has many uses in image processing, out of which we will talk about one user here which is called histogram sliding. In histogram sliding, we basically shift a total histogram rightwards or leftwards. Because of moving or sliding of histogram towards right or left, a reasonable change should be visible in the image.
