Review of Potential Impact of Climate Change on Natural Resource and Livelihood of Farmers in Highland of Ethopia

Climate change refers to a change in the state of the climate that can be identified by changes in the mean and/or the variability of its properties and that persists for an extended period, typically decade or more (IPCC,2007). Global climate change is the hottest environmental issue today and will continue in the future because of its devastative impacts in different ways (Temsegen etal., 2014). It is caused by both natural factors and human induced causes mainly by the emission of greenhouse gases it is not new phenomena, but the warming that is occurring today is unprecedented with respect to the rate of change in the globe (Temsegen etal., 2014).
