An 18-year-old female patient was admitted to the emergency department with complaints of increased breathing pain, cough and shortness of breath. The patient's complaints had increased over the last 20 days. She had complaints of nausea, vomiting and weight loss. The general condition of the patient was good and there was no feature in her past history. The patient had no history of animal feeding and she was a housewife. She was using tap water for cooking and drinking.
